Brief

This project comprised of a total renovation of an oak framed 17th century small holding, with a ground floor extension.

The oak frame was repaired and replaced with new oak as necessary.

The new accommodation comprised of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen dining and living rooms with new external patio and retaining walls.
